Gratitude.

Morning Sunshine

Today’s word I have chosen is gratitude.

Be grateful. Appreciate your life and your blessings.

Every morning I wake up I think of many things I feel so fortunate for, the abundance of love I have within me and all around me. I take a moment each and every day to stop, breathe, and truly just soak it all in. Today in particular I am feeling beautifully overwhelmed with so many emotions of love, joy, excitement and hope all around me. I am quite certain exercising has a considerably large impact on the direction of my days. I do know I am much more at peace and can handle challenging moments in a much wiser, appropriate manner as opposed to if I haven’t sweat it out yet!

Truth: endorphins brighten my life. Need I say more?

I think it’s truly important to take the time each day to appreciate life.

Give thanks. Be mindful.

You are beautiful. You are worth it.

Namaste.

Joy.

Divine Ananda.

Allow me to explain…

I chose the word divine, for it is just truly one of my favorite words. It is a lovely word with a special meaning. Ananda…speaking in yoga terms, this is the condition of utter joy. In other words: pure, and utter bliss, which is something I believe many or most of us yearn for in our everyday lives.

Seeking ananda I believe is discovering or just paying attention to the light and joy all around you and within you. Choosing to be happy. Choosing to rise above to learn and grow from a challenging experience. Having an intention to love, to be joyful, and to truly live life to the fullest is healthy and attainable.

Sometimes we just need to learn to just go with the flow and roll with the punches. In my experience, it is rewarding to keep positive affirmations close to your heart.

  • *know that love is always present in me and everything*
  • *see the world with new eyes*
  • *be filled with enthusiasm and gratitude*
  • *I am strong*
  • *I am beautiful and blessed*

Start with this and you will soon be on your way to living a joyful, full life.

Namaste.
